We want you to be happy with Preset Generator. If you are not satisfied with your purchase — whether a subscription or a credit pack — you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Preset Generator orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
• Email us at hello@presetgenerator.com and we will help arrange the refund through Paddle.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings or via Paddle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. Refunds for subscription renewals are handled in line with this policy and Paddle's Refund Policy.
