What is a Lightroom preset?+
A preset is a saved set of edits — exposure, color, tone, grain — that you apply to any photo with one click. We export them as .xmp files, the standard Adobe format.
Will it work with Lightroom Mobile?+
Yes. Import the .xmp into Lightroom Classic or CC; presets sync to Mobile via Creative Cloud.
Do you store my photos?+
No. Source photos are deleted from our storage one hour after generation completes. The preset file (.xmp) is yours to keep.
What's the difference between credits and subscriptions?+
Subscriptions give you a monthly allotment with rollover. Credit packs are one-time purchases that never expire — perfect if you only need presets occasionally.
Can I use the presets commercially?+
Yes. Presets you generate are yours to use however you want — client work, product shoots, anything.
What if the preset doesn't match my photo?+
Every generation gives you 3 variations to choose from. If none feel right, regenerate — Pro plans get priority queue.
Do you support RAW files?+
Yes, on Pro and Studio. Upload .DNG and we'll analyze the raw data directly.
